Eating On the Road

It is sometimes tough to eat light and healthy when you are on the road. You are dining out all the time and sometimes left with dismal options. But there is a solution! Try this out...

*Mini pouch of granola (I used our Gracious granola - pecan, almond, and maple)
*Yogurt (I used Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Yogurt, Wildflower Honey flavor)
*Raspberries





It's that simple!

This is so easy to toss in your bag and you can have this for breakfast at the hotel or anytime you want a healthy snack. Just a nice idea to keep in mind next time you are packing for your trip.....mmmmmm!
